From the M4: Take the A312 exit North from junction 2, (Hounslow Roundabout). Go straight over the next roundabout, over the canal/rail bridge - and follow the signs to Pump Lane industrial Estate. Follow Pump Lane and go past Matalan. We are on the left hand side visible from the road. There is ample parking in front of the gym as well as the car park across the road.
From Uxbridge: Follow the signs to Heathrow and then as soon as you see the exit to Pump Lane. Follow Pump Lane all the way past Matalan. British Rail: Hayes and Harlington. |
